This practice designed for people who feel stuck, disconnected from their bodies, emotionally exhausted, or simply longing to feel truly alive again.
No dance experience needed.
All ages and body types are welcome.
Dmitri Melnik is an international yoga teacher, movement facilitator, and event creator with over 20 years of experience in yoga, theater, dance, and transformational practices. After years of living and teaching in India, Bali, and Thailand, he now brings this unique experience to the U.S. for a special one-weekend event only.
