Dance Lounge

This event is brought to you by ecstatic dance nashville and is all about bringing conscious night life to nashville.

What to expect-

We will start with an opening circle to ground everyone into the space and set intentions for the dance. Our amazing host Emily Morgan will lead this.

Then music will start and you will have the freedom to express yourself through music and dance. There will be a DJ and a live percussionist.

During the dance, there will be fun lights, live painting, a chill hangout zone, mini tarot reading, body work sessions, mocktails, an altar and other interactive offerings from our community! You are free to mingle, dance, and explore as you wish!

We will close out the dance with a closing circle and have community hangout time at the end!

This is an alcohol free event!

The vision here is to give people the oppunitity to still go out on the town and have fun but in a way that is consious and aligned with our mind, bodies, and spirt. We want to create a space that has the same fun feeling of dancing at the club but that offers authentic connection, love, and community.
