10 Spaces available Come join me for an evening of dance and movement. As it says on the tin "Dance like no one is watching". Let us let our inner child come out to play. Let those stagnant energies move and release. Let that joyful, playful, powerful person out in a safe space with no judgement. A place to leave our ego at the door and dance exactly how we want to. Bring a drum if you want to. I'm not a professional dancer, this is just a space to let go.
We will start with a heart opening cacao (not a ceremony) just a moment to open us up. We will then move into the dancing and movement part, and we will finish off with a quiet meditation to come back to the present, with a herbal tea to end the evening.
No equipment need just comfortable clothing to move in and WATER 💧to hydrate.
