Homemade sourdough bread is a staple of The Garlic Farm Restaurant menu, accompanying many of our favourite dishes.
Join us for a 3 hour workshop and learn how to make delicious sourdough at home.
During this workshop you will learn
The origins, history and health benefits of sourdough
How to make and maintain your own starter from scratch
How to bake sourdough loaves in a domestic oven
Other culinary uses for sourdough starter
The workshop is £85 per person and will include:
Hands-on learning
Sourdough scraper
Sourdough loaf to take away and bake at home
