🌿 Ecstatic Dance of the Elements – We will conclude the day with a transformative ecstatic dance, moving through the sacred elements of Earth, Fire, Water, and Air. Each element will accompany and support us as we journey into our purpose: grounding with Earth, igniting passion with Fire, flowing with Water, and soaring with the freedom of Air. Let the elements guide your body, free your spirit, and align you with the path that is uniquely yours.
What to bring:
