Explore yourself through movement: Deepen your movement skills, learn to create safety in your body and in the space you're moving in.

Looking to reconnect with your body in a way that feels nourishing, uplifting, and gentle yet empowering?

This 10 week serie is great for people who are looking for a new way to excersise, and would like to take wellbeing lessons for their self-care.

NIA is a space and movement experience, where rhythm, musical , sounds, voice , movement and mindfulness comes together into a joyful, aestetic, and healing session.

✨ Whether you're getting back into movement after a break, pregnancy, or injury — or simply looking for a feel-good way to stay mobile, strong, and centred — Nia welcomes all fitness levels and all ages. No experience needed!

Each class is adaptable to your body's needs and encourages expressive, healing, and joyful movement. It's movement medicine that supports:

• Regulate your nerveous system
• Balance and mobility, flexibility, in body and mind
• Emotional release, boost mood
• Strength and agility
• Self-expression and inner calm

Class is 60 mins each, designed for adults.

All are welcome!

Please arrive few minutes earlier to register.

We start every session with intention setting in circle, let yourself time to arrive and settle before class..
