DANCE CHI BY THE SEA TWO ROCKS LOCATION
Come and find yourself again and flow to this slow graceful feminine upper body moving meditation.
In a great location at the Sun City Yacht Club (right by the beach/marina.
A great alternative to yoga if you like the connection to self and breath but just can't get up and down off the floor easily.
This class will have you feeling a sense of peace and serenity as you move through loosening up your body and creating more chi.
Included is some eft tapping to calm your nervous system and an uplifting 20 minute meditation to finish the class.
Bring a yoga mat, water and camping chair if you like to sit during your meditation.
A great start to the morning, or to finish off your day feeling vibrant and energised.

Price: casual $20 or $88 for 6 class pass
