This One Day Awakened Wellness Retreat is a "Summer Self Connection" , designed to re-connect you to self after the busy silly Summer season.
During the Summer months our energy is very ‘outward’. Often giving a lot of our energy and self to other people and events. This can be fun but also tiring and stressful.
So this Day Retreat is a great time to SLOW DOWN, to go INWARDS, to RECONNECT TO SELF, TO LET GO of what no longer serves you and to CREATE SPACE for things that do. You will NOURISH and NURTURE your mind, body and soul and help yourself come back to BALANCE and feel ENERGISED and RELAXED.
This One Day Retreat will be held at the magical space in nature at Awakened Wellness Retreat, Seatrees Estate, Two Rocks.
You will spend 4 whole hours of your day focussed completely on you!!
How magic is that!!
It will be the perfect opportunity for you to reset, recharge and nourish yourself again so that you are full of energy, inspiration and vitality for the next part of your year and life.
Have you wanted to go to a wellness retreat but found it hard to find the time and money? That’s one of the main reasons I love the idea of this one day wellness retreat. You get the benefits of time away, a moment to yourself, and that feeling of rejuvenation without having to get leave state or spend a whole lot of money.
The day will include Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Restorative Breathwork (to reset your nervous system, let go and connect deeply to self), journaling to set your intentions for the year ahead from a heart centred space, self enquiry, learning how to raise your vibrations and balance your energy, mindfulness and a nourishing lunch.
This wellness retreat will focus on FILLING UP YOUR CUP, CONNECTION TO SELF AND SETTING YOUR INTENTIONS TO MANIFEST FOR THE YEAR AHEAD. You will also meet some epic like minded souls.
RETREAT FACILITATOR
Mandy Francisty – Yoga Teacher, NLP Therapist, Breathwork Facilitator, Channelled Guidance and Healer, Nutrition Advisor, Personal Trainer, Pilates Teacher, Reiki Practitioner. I am super excited to share my last 15 years of knowledge in the health, wellness and healing industry with you all!!
WHAT TO BRING?
For your comfort, wear clothing that somewhat forms to the body and moves with you. Something that you would feel comfortable doing yoga in and also relaxing in throughout the day.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
You may also wish to bring a blanket and pillow for extra comfort during the meditation portion of the class.
A booklet and pen will be provided however, if you wish to bring a special diary you can.
*Turn off cell phones please and remove shoes at the door of the venue.
