Dallas Free Coding Workshop for Girls (Ages 7-13)

🎤 Give your child the chance to blend music, AI, and coding in this exciting hands-on workshop!

This Women’s History Month, Black Girls Code is hosting a special in-person workshop where students (ages 7-13) will learn block-based coding in Scratch to create a musical tribute to legendary women in music.

✨ Learn the basics of coding through interactive play🎼 Use AI-powered tools to compose an original song💡 Program animated characters to dance to their beats🎤 Celebrate the contributions of Black women in music

👧 Ages: 7-13

📍 Location: For Oak Cliff Community Center 

Lunch will be provided.

Parents can drop girls off at 9:45am and return at 12pm for pick up. Students will be provided Jersey Mike's to take away.
