Dairy Free From Scratch with Chef Matt Jones

Join us in the Maker Kitchen for a workshop with Chef Matt Jones of Fifth String Food Truck! Chef Matt is ANC’s Kitchens & Facilities Manager and serves up delicious sandwiches and poutines on his food truck around the Eastside. In this workshop, we’ll be making some dairy free substitutes from scratch, like cashew cream cheese, macaroni and cheese and ice cream sundaes! 

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back. 

Parking is available in the lot on the East side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
