D24 Reads: Silent Book Club

Bring your own book or pick one up in the library before we begin and settle in for 45 minutes of dedicated, peaceful reading time. Before and after the reading session, we can chat about our books or books in general.

Silent book clubs offer a calm, uninterrupted reading experience with no assigned reading or pressure to discuss.

This is a space to disconnect from screens and reconnect with reading, so we will kindly ask you to put your phones away while reading.

D24 Reads is a free adult reading campaign taking place in Tallaght and Castletymon Libraries. The aim is to read 24 books in 12 months. We also hold lots of fun events and meet-ups - just like this one!
