Cybersecurity is built on resilience. But we rarely talk about what resilience looks like for the people doing the defending.
Behind every incident response plan are humans carrying responsibility, pressure and the expectation to stay calm when things go wrong.
Cyber House Party: Unfiltered is an intentionally small, safe space for honest conversation about the mental and emotional weight of working in cyber today.
This is not a burnout seminar or corporate wellbeing panel.
It’s a lived-experience keynote, small facilitated discussions, and a confidential, respectful environment. No recording. No sales. No performance.
We are keeping numbers limited to protect psychological safety.
We’re also incredibly grateful to Investigo for welcoming us back once again and supporting the creation of this space.
Because the people protecting the systems also need protecting.
