Limited space is avaibale, MUST register for BOTH sessions on Eventbrite.

Expectant mothers will receive a $20 Mastercard gift card and a pack of diapers after attending both sessions.

Classes will be facilitated by a Certified Lactation Education Specialist.

Classes will be provided in English.

• Breastfeeding benefits for baby and lactating mother
• Breastfeeding recommendations
• Breast anatomy and the lactation process
• Colostrum and stages of breastmilk
• How to achieve a deep latch
• How to hand express breastmilk
• Breastfeeding positions

Session #2 Overview:

• How to boost milk production in the early days
• Hunger and fullness cues
• Cluster feeding and growth spurts
• Pumping, breastmilk storage, and paced bottle feeding
• Contraindications to breastfeeding
• Breastfeeding complications and comfort measures
• Breastfeeding resources
