Boundaries aren't walls. They're bridges to better relationships, stronger self-respect, and less overwhelm. In this session, you'll explore what boundaries actually are (and aren't), why they're essential to emotional wellness, and how to communicate them clearly and kindly.

Through guided journaling, group conversation, and real-life examples, you'll gain tools to set boundaries with confidence and compassion.
