Curious Young Role Models - MIDDLESBROUGH
About this Event
Curious Young Role Models is an inclusive opportunity for 16 - 21 year olds to produce and host events, safely and responsibly from skilled Creative Producers working in the North East.
With the Newcastle group, self named 'UpperCut Producers' just completing there production of Curious: Out&Loud! Pride Exhibition 2026, we are bringing this great opportunity to Teeside!
Participants will learn how to facilitate in a safe and guided way, produce professionally and develop their relationships with venues and artists in the North East to support themselves, their community and build confidence in their creative output.
With many upcoming opportunities, the session dates are as follows
Saturday 26th September, 12:30 - 14:30
Saturday 24th October, 12:30 - 14:30
Participants are invited to spend time with Drag performer and facilitator, Sweet Boy and a Curious Arts producer to plan an event all around drag and proud identities, completely youth led - plus many more events.
Lunch is provided.
The session is free but sign up is essential!
