This 20-mile ride is to Ae and back, so think of it as two 10 miles rides.
We'll go out via the Caledonian Cycleway to the Quarry Road and then the back road to Ae. It’s a bit of a climb on the way up – but that just makes the lunch stop all the sweeter, and the ride home all the more fun.
Rides continue regardless of the weather, unless the ride leader decides it would be dangerous (or no fun) – we normally don’t ride if there are weather warnings or snow and ice on the roads.
There’s no need to book but if you use Facebook you can sign up for the event via our Facebook page. If you’ve any questions or aren’t sure if this ride is suitable then email us ([email protected]). You don’t need to be a member to come on our rides but if you enjoy them and want to support our work then please join – membership is from £5 per year.
