There’s an art to great brunch — and it starts with technique.
Join us for a 2.5-hour interactive breakfast masterclass where you’ll learn the foundations behind perfectly poached eggs, silky hollandaise and beautifully cured salmon. This is a hands-on kitchen experience designed for those who want to elevate their brunch game with confidence and skill.
You’ll begin with a complimentary glass of Lucia Prosecco before moving into a guided exploration of classic breakfast techniques — from mastering egg poaching to understanding emulsification and curing.
As it happens, Mother’s Day falls the following day. If you’re looking for a thoughtful way to spend time together before Sunday, this experience is perfectly timed. We’ll also include a small take-home gift for Mum for those celebrating.
Not exclusively for mums — simply an elegant Saturday brunch experience worth sharing.

• Poach the Perfect Egg – A hands-on masterclass covering freshness, temperature control, timing and plating
• Make the Perfect Hollandaise – Chef-led walkthrough of emulsification, technique and troubleshooting
• Gin & Beetroot Cured Kingfish Demonstration – Learn the fundamentals of curing, flavour balance and slicing
• Build Your Own Breakfast – Assemble your plate from our breakfast sides station and enjoy your creation in the dining room
• Latte Art Fundamentals – A demonstration covering milk texture, temperature and pouring techniques

Cooking Stations
Guests cook in private groups of up to three. We do not combine separate bookings. Groups of four or more will be allocated multiple stations.
This class is limited in size to ensure personal guidance and a relaxed and intimate experience.
