On Wednesday 29 July, Tide to Table brings the best of the Sunshine Coast to one table. Think fresh Mooloolaba seafood, quality hinterland produce, and a menu built around what’s grown, caught and shared locally.
It starts with Mooloolaba spanner crab, light, fresh and exactly how it should be, before moving through yellowfin tuna, chargrilled swordfish and a Kilcoy eye fillet done properly. It finishes where all good nights should, something sweet, local and worth slowing down for.
Each course is paired with wines selected to complement the flavours, not overpower them. No overthinking it. Just a well-paced, considered food and wine experience.
The room stays relaxed. Live music rolls in. The ocean sits just metres away.
This isn’t a formal dining room. It’s a coastal night out done right.
Good food. Good wine. Good company.
