Inspired by and adapted from Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects, this workshop offers a transformative experience that blends creativity, emotional exploration, and community support. Whether you're navigating loss, celebrating self-love, or deepening connections with friends or a partner, you'll find healing through art, poetry, and shared reflection.

What to Expect:

• Reconnect with your inner child by making Valentine’s Day cards that reflect your heart’s true journey.
• Channel your inner moody teen and write (and perform, if you're feeling brave!) poetry that captures your emotions—whether love, grief, or everything in between.
• Explore powerful emotional work through creativity, as you reflect on love and loss in a supportive, compassionate space.

This workshop invites you to come together with others who understand the complexities of love. Share your stories, express yourself, and create something meaningful. You’ll leave with a hand-crafted Valentine, a poem, and a deeper understanding of your emotional journey.

Bring a friend, a partner, or come solo—either way, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of connection, creativity, and peace. Relax with soothing teas while all materials are provided for you to create and reflect.
