Valentine's Day at Ballmer Peak Distillery

Join us at Ballmer Peak Distillery Sheridan with Chef Gage Padilla for an extra special Valentine's Day. Each $90 (+fees) ticket includes a four-course dinner for two, with an optional cocktail pairing upgrade for $30 per person available on the day of the dinner. We will also offer our full cocktail menu so you can still drink your favorites between rounds.
Appetizers to Share:
Marinated tomatoes with a whipped truffle ricotta on crostini
&
Chorizo stuffed bacon wrapped dates with a balsamic glaze and fresh mint
Choice of Salads :
Housemade Caesar salad with lemon zest bread crumbs and shaved Parmesan

Raspberry and arugula salad with a raspberry balsamic vinaigrette and crumbled walnuts
Entrees :
Lamb rack crusted in pistachio crumbles and sage served with potato pavé, sage and mint fleur blance sauce

Braised short ribs on top creamy garlic orzo pasta and drizzled cherry red wine sauce
Dessert to Share :
Strawberry panna cotta rose served with fresh strawberries and strawberry rose water syrup

Deconstructed new York cheese cheesecake with fresh strawberries and strawberry rose water syrup drizzle
Additional cocktail pairings for each course will be available to purchase on Valentine's Day, or order off of our regular cocktail menu. Limited seats are available, each couple will be limited to 120 minutes so we can make prepare for the next session!
