Culture Kitchen: Taste of the Bahamas - feat NEW Market vendor

Join Quinneka Smith, of Tropi Bites, a Market vendor as she introduces you to her native cuisine from The Bahamas. Menu will be Bahamian conch soup. Entree will be Guava BBQ glazed ribs or chicken with island style coleslaw and peas with rice. Dessert will be an island petit four sampler of a coconut/pineapple tart and mini guava duff.
Many wonderful cultures make up the Dayton community. Families will celebrate a different culture each month through food. We'll sample a special dish, learn how and from what crops it's made, and learn about the country and its customs. Recipes will be available!
