Every last Saturday of the month, Functional Drinks Club transforms into a hub for fermentation enthusiasts across Leeds and West Yorkshire.
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just "ferment-curious," Culture Club is your space to connect, learn, and share the magic of microbial transformation.

What to Expect:

Share & Swap: Bring your homemade kombucha, kefir, sauerkraut, or kimchi. Have spare SCOBYs or kefir grains? Bring them along to help someone else start their journey!

Taste & Discover: Sample unique ferments from fellow hobbyists and discover new flavor combinations you won't find in shops.

The Blind Kombucha Tasting Competition: Think your brew is the best? Submit your kombucha for our community-judged blind tasting. The winner takes home a prize pack of 10 premium bottles of kombucha from across the UK!

Learn & Troubleshoot: Exchange tips with local experts and hobbyists to help fix your fizzy (or not-so-fizzy) problems.
