The Culture Club:Join us in learning, sharing, and celebrating all things fermentation! From beginners to experienced fermentors, all are welcome. Meetings are held every other month.
Bring samples of your latest creations to share and come ready to learn from others. Each meeting will include conversation on topics including different fermentation methods, utilizing seasonal produce and vegetation, and more. Meetings may also include demonstrations led by club members.
*If yo plan on sharing fermented foods, please use safe food handling practices and test the pH of your finished product. Have no fear if this is something new to you. Group leaders will have pH test strips and handouts to help guide you.
How to register: Drop-in
Location: Classroom/meditation space, 2nd floor
Materials Required: Bring your fermentations to share, or come learn how to get started
Cost: Free. Food and drink purchases encouraged.
