Culinary Experience: This is not just a meal—it is a five-course journey. Between courses, a local guest chef will share the history behind each dish and how it became part of African American culinary tradition. Guests will experience not only the flavors, but the resilience, ingenuity, and joy woven into these dishes. Expect locally sourced ingredients, thoughtful pairings, and guided storytelling that brings these histories to life.

Mission & Impact: Proceeds benefit EEG’s mission to Educate, Entertain & Get Stuff Done, supporting programs that preserve and share our stories in the Inland Northwest. Your participation helps fund cultural programming, historical preservation efforts and the vision of a future Inland North African American Museum (INAAM).
