Chef Niven, a Michelin awarded and James Beard Semi Finalist, will walk guests through the greens, fruits, and vegetables growing at Rancho Patel as he discusses the life cycle of the farm from seed sourcing to harvesting.
Learn about how South Florida’s unique climate and agriculture influence his creations for his various local restaurants. Touch, smell, and taste the herbs, fruits, vegetables, and edible flowers growing on the farm, and enjoy samples and lite bites made with the day’s harvest.
