Cultural Connections - Yagan Square to ECU Walking Tours
Discover Noongar heritage and uncover the stories behind Perth’s most iconic spaces with Cultural Connections – a new walking tour series exploring the history, design and art of Yagan Square and the new ECU City Campus.
Stroll through a tucked away wildflower garden, discover the hidden meaning of public artworks, explore some of the area’s best foodie spots and enjoy learning about local culture, architecture and design.
The tours also include an introduction to the state-of-the-art ECU City Campus, as well as local tips into the best events and activities to enjoy year-round.
The tours finish with a selection of delicious selection of snacks from Stories – Perth’s Best Hospitality Venue for 2025.

The series of 10 tours will run between February and July 2026, offering morning, evening and lunchtime sessions.
The walking tour series is a collaboration between South West Kinships Cultural Immersions and the vibrant 'Perth enthusiasts' from Oh Hey WA walking tours, made possible with the support of DevelopmentWA and Edith Cowan University.
