Workshop 1 | Draw Yourself!
Recommended for ages 12 years and older
Who are you? What makes you unique?
This workshop celebrates identity, culture and the stories that make each of us unique. Your drawing will be transformed into a digital illustration by Jae and become part of a Big Community Portrait Project at Helensvale Library across July and August. Join us in celebrating the many stories and identities that make up our community.

Workshop 2 | Cultural Collage with Jae
Recommended for ages 0-5yrs olds and families
Make your own flowers and fan with Jae! Inspired by Jaelyn Biumaiwai’s illustrations and her iTaukei Culture, children and their families can collage and paste their very own take home paper Fijian fans and flowers using paper shapes and patterns.
