Cultivating Inner Peace in a Divided World with Sister Dr. Jenna
About this Event
Today's world often feels polarized by conflict, uncertainty, division, and constant noise. Amid differing opinions, rapid change, and increasing stress, many people long for a deeper sense of peace that isn't dependent on external circumstances.
This workshop explores how inner peace begins with our thoughts, awareness, and daily choices. Through mindfulness, meditation, reflection, and practical tools for responding rather than reacting, participants will discover how cultivating peace within themselves positively influences their families, workplaces, and communities.
True peace is not the absence of conflict, it is the presence of inner stability, wisdom, and compassion.
Participants will leave with:
- Greater inner calm regardless of external circumstances
- Practical techniques for reducing stress and emotional reactivity
- Increased compassion, patience, and understanding
- A personal roadmap for becoming a source of peace and positive influence in the world
Whether you're seeking greater peace, stronger relationships, renewed purpose, or simply a healthier way to navigate life's challenges, this workshop offers practical tools and timeless wisdom to help you live with greater clarity, resilience, and joy.
