Cultivating Energy - Energy Work For Everyone

If you're curious about energy work then please feel free to join us on October 22nd to develop and strengthen your connection to the subtle energy fields, within us, and all around us. Energy work can help with emotional regulation, mental clarity, physical healing, and enhancing overall well-being.

This workshop is created to teach you simple energy techniques that you can use in your daily life. You’ll learn how to sense and cultivate energy, practice grounding, purify your energy fields, and balance your energy centers. You’ll also engage in energy exchange practices and create a protective energetic forcefield.

In this event Kallie will lead us through intuitively-guided meditation practices. No prior experience is necessary! Whether you're new to energy work or have been practicing for years, the techniques shared are simple and accessible for everyone.

You’re welcome to engage in the practices at your own comfort level. These activities will be an invitation to connect deeper with your self, along with an activity to connect with another person. The space is held with compassion, and there’s no pressure to participate in any activities you’re not comfortable with.

• Be guided through a grounding practice to bring presence and awareness into the body.

• Energetically cleanse your internal body and purify your auric fields.

• Cultivate energy and use this energy to heal ourselves.

• Practice energetic exchange with another.

• Guided meditation for balancing your energy centers and aligning to your highest self.

• Create an energetic forcefield of protection.

• Offer healing energy to the collective for the highest good of all.

• Learn practices to take home and use in your daily life.

✨What to Bring✨:

Please come with an open, curious, mind and a willingness to learn. Also, bring a water bottle, along with something comfortable to sit on, like a yoga mat or a cushion, and extra cozy clothing or a blanket.

The space has extra chairs for those who aren't comfortable with sitting on the floor.

Kallie Edmonson is devoted to being of sacred service to our collective evolution through her works as divinity embodied.

With over 9 years of experience in spiritual healing, Kallie is here to help empower you to become your own healer by showing you that we have all we need to come into a state of wholeness and balance within.

By utilizing her God-given gifts as an energy worker and loving space holder, Kallie guide’s us on the journey to becoming our highest selves; where together we will all thrive in love, harmony, and unity.
