Cultivating Awareness for Intentional Living

Join us for a magical evening exploring our inner worlds to gain more compassion for ourselves and more freedom and peace as we move through life.

This is an evening dedicated to anyone seeking experiences and tools showing you how to go deeper within yourself. We will pay attention our patterns and look curiously at our reactions and their origins, so we can move forward living our life more intentionally.
Gilbert will move us through a physical yoga practice where we will reflect on how it applies to our life beyond the mat and meditations that foster the space to experience, identify and understand our emotions.
Rebecca will guide a transformative breathwork journey designed to help reconnect with the deepest parts of yourself. This experience is an opportunity to process stress, trauma and stagnant energy and release it from the body, as well as access more clarity and confidence.
Lianne Montague of Hygge House will lead a restorative sound journey, weaving frequencies of harmony and healing with the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls to round out our time together.
What to bring:

• Yoga mat and water
• Journal and pen
• Dress comfortably (something you can move around in and maybe something more comfortable for the rest.)
• Bring something to sit on (cushion, blocks, or blanket)

What to expect:

• The yoga practice will be brief and designed to evoke a reaction which we will observe, we will move through a few things and take moments to reflect and journal.
• Everyone's experience with breathwork is unique and runs the gamut from eye opening and life changing for some and some people might fall right asleep. We hope you feel supported and open to any experience that may arise.
• The soundbath will be an opportunity to ground, be still, listen and receive and let things fall into place.
