Cultivating a Deeper Knowing
About this Event
Have you ever said yes to something when your body was saying no?
Maybe it felt easier to say yes. Maybe you wanted to avoid disappointing someone or be liked by someone you care about. In the moment, it can seem harmless — or even like the "right" thing to do.
But every time we ignore our own inner knowing, we weaken the connection we have with ourselves. Over time, it becomes harder to tell the difference between what is ours and what we've absorbed from our families, culture, or others' expectations of us. We lose trust in our intuition, and life can feel anxious, disconnected, and out of alignment.
This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with that inner compass. Through reflection, practical exercises, and meaningful conversation, you'll learn to distinguish intuition from fear, recognize when you're acting from integrity rather than obligation, and leave with simple tools to make decisions that feel more authentic, grounded, and aligned with who you truly are.
Cost: $10 per person, payable before the start of the session via Venmo: @Ky-Curtin.
