Culinary Workshop: Homemade Pasta and Pasta Dinners

Once you have tasted fresh pasta you made yourself, boxed pasta may never feel quite the same.
Roll up your sleeves and learn how to create a complete pasta dinner from scratch with Chef Instructor Jerome Picca.
During this hands-on workshop, you will:
🍝 Make several types of pasta dough
🤌 Form traditional pasta shapes
🥘 Prepare sauces and vegetables
♨️ Learn how to properly cook fresh pasta
🍽️ Assemble and serve complete pasta dishes
You will leave with the knowledge and confidence to recreate an impressive homemade pasta dinner in your own kitchen.
Class size is limited to 10 participants.
Great Bay provides the ingredients, knives, cutting boards, apron, towels and kitchen supplies. Participants must wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes with slip-resistant soles. Bring containers and a bag so you can take your dishes home.
