DATES: November 5-8 beginning at 10am Thursday & ending at 4pm Sunday
DETAILS: Come and go as you please over the 4-day weekend. Stay at the hotel, go home for the
evening, or scrapbook ALL night long. No matter where you sleep, you will have 24/7 access to a
reserved space, with free Wi-Fi, plenty of electrical outlets and of course, snacks, water, gifts and
lots of door prizes! The hotel is located near several large shopping malls and tons of restaurants.
Get ready for a full weekend of crafting, shopping, theme nights, games, sharing ideas, getting
inspiration, hanging out with old friends and making new scrappy buddies.
REGISTRATION PACKAGES:
4-Day Weekender Special (Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun): $200 Registration includes EXCLUSIVE
CROPTOBERFEST GIFT BAG, Extra Full Weekend Cropper Gifts, Special & Regular Door Prize
Tickets, and your very own table for the entire weekend. $100 minimum deposit required and
balance must be paid no later than 9.1.2026.
3-Day Weekender Special (Fri, Sat, Sun): $175 Registration includes EXCLUSIVE CROPTOBERFEST
GIFT BAG, Regular Door Prize Tickets, and your very own table for the entire weekend. $100
minimum deposit required and balance must be paid no later than 9.1.2026.
There is a limit of 50 weekender registrations to allow ample cropping space.
o 1 & 2-Day may be offered on 10/1 if weekend spots don’t sell out.
o 2-Day Cropper (Sat-Sun) $100: includes Croptoberfest gift bag
o 1-Day Cropper (Sat) $50: includes Croptoberfest gift bag
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS & MEALS are not included & are not mandatory to attend. Please note:
You can have several roommates and can split the cost! **Only one person from your group should
make the reservation.
The Round-About Diner is connected to the hotel for eat-in or take-out options. Coffee and water
will be available at the event. All hotel rooms include refrigerators and microwaves.
