Join me in a fun & empowering cooking class series as we connect with ourselves & each other through the power of food! This is held at the new Five Oaks on Warson Community Center, in the beautiful teaching kitchen there! 12 seats available.CULINARY CONNECTIONS: Empowering, Nourishing, Delightful

EMPOWERING BASICS: 11/5
We will see how easy it is to make our own homemade nut or seed milks, and then use it to make an awesome chia pudding, smoothie, and even golden milk!
NOURISHING SOUPS FOR YOUR SOUL: 11/12
We will build a homemade nutrition-packed vegetable broth base, then build two kinds of incredible soups with it!
DELIGHTFUL & DELECTABLE DESSERTS: 11/19
We will make super delicious desserts with some stand-out super foods! Chocolate avocado pudding, fruit crumbles, & energy bites. Yummmm...!
