Join Ellen Slattery, proprietor of Gracie's, for an intimate three-day Culinary Bliss Journey through Cape Cod and Provincetown. This intimate and thoughtfully curated experience offers a slower, more meaningful way to discover one of New England's most treasured coastal destinations.

Each day will bring a new destination and experience: one day exploring the vibrant charm of Provincetown, one day discovering the coastal beauty and oyster culture of Wellfleet, and one day enjoying the classic seaside elegance of Chatham.

Together we'll visit oyster farms and artisan producers, enjoy unforgettable meals prepared by local chefs, stroll charming seaside villages, stay at a boutique inn in Provincetown, and meet the people whose passion and craftsmanship define the Cape's culinary landscape.

Along the way, there will be plenty of time to wander, shop, laugh over long lunches, enjoy beautiful scenery, and simply appreciate the joy of sharing great food with wonderful company.

Whether you've traveled with Culinary Bliss before or are joining us for the first time, this journey is designed for those who believe the best way to experience a place is through its people, stories, and table.

Because meaningful experiences are best shared in small groups, participation is limited to ten guests.

Every Culinary Bliss Journey is thoughtfully designed to showcase the people, places, and flavors that make a destination truly memorable. Throughout the 3-day journey, you'll enjoy a carefully curated blend of exceptional dining, behind-the-scenes access, local artisans, and time to simply enjoy the beauty of Cape Cod and Provincetown.

Spend two nights at the charming Salt House Inn, a beautifully restored boutique inn in the heart of Provincetown. Just steps from Commercial Street, the inn offers the perfect home base for exploring the town's vibrant shops, galleries, waterfront, and restaurants.

You'll savor a delicious homemade breakfast on the second morning, thoughtfully prepared by owner Kevin himself, and on our final morning, we'll venture into Provincetown to enjoy breakfast and fresh pastries at one of the town's beloved local cafés.

Our culinary experiences celebrate the best of the Outer Cape.

• Coffee, traditional Portuguese pastries, and shopping at Portugalia Marketplace
• A classic Cape Cod clambake overlooking the marshes of Wellfleet at Moby Dick's
• Dinner at Provincetown favorite The Canteen, featuring a guided oyster tasting and presentation on the terroir and history of Cape Cod oysters by Mike of Mermaid Menu
• Lunch at the beloved Sam's Deli & Marketplace
• Aperitivo followed by dinner crafted by chef Phillip Hunt beneath the vines at Winslow's Tavern

Meet the passionate people behind some of the Cape's most celebrated food traditions.

• Enjoy a private boat tour with Chatham Shellfish Company, where you'll learn firsthand how oysters are cultivated and harvested.
• Participate in a guided coffee cupping experience at Beanstock Coffee Roasters, discovering how origin, roasting, and brewing influence every cup.
• Visit the renowned Atlantic Spice Company, a favorite destination for chefs and culinary enthusiasts.
• Tour a backyard apiary, meet the resident chickens, and learn about local honey production.

• Free time to explore Provincetown's Commercial Street, waterfront, galleries, boutiques, and the Pilgrim Monument.
• Leisurely shopping and strolling through downtown Wellfleet.
• A guided walking tour of Chatham. Explore the Chatham Fish Pier while learning about the town's commercial fishing fleet and observing the resident seals. Enjoy a stroll through the historic grounds of Chatham Bars Inn, visit a local art gallery, and discover other carefully selected restaurants.
• Stops at beloved local businesses including Marion's Pie Shop, artisan boutiques, and a local oyster market, where guests may purchase fresh oysters to bring home in our complimentary cooler

Between culinary experiences, we'll pause to appreciate the natural beauty that defines Cape Cod.

Our journey concludes with a peaceful visit to Cape Cod Lavender Farm, where fragrant fields, beautiful gardens, and handcrafted lavender products provide the perfect ending before returning to Providence.
