The press says:

"Wicked exciting!" – Boston Globe

"A spectacular evening of song and style. Voices like hers come along maybe once in a generation." – New York Times

"A great voice, even better enthusiasm, almost giddy delight at entertaining audiences that if bottled would make every anti-depressant on the market obsolete." - Steppin' Out Arts, NY

"The REAL deal. She’s got the goods!" – Joan Rivers

"You are (expletive deleted) to DIE FOR. Thank you for the best night of my life in an audience." – Bea Arthur

30 year headliner on Olivia Cruises, an Out performer her entire career of 40+ years, co-headliner with Melissa Etheridge, Sarah McLachlan and Diana Nyad, among others, recipient of two OutMusic Awards, former member of the Out A Capella group The Flirtations (as seen in the film “Philadelphia”), direct from sold out shows at NYC’s Birdland and Boston’s Scullers Jazz Club; New York press says she's like Adele meets Diana Krall meets Bette Midler. Dare her. She was Joan Rivers' opening act. Come see why!

Pop/Jazz/Blues vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Suede tours nationally and internationally filling the best rooms – from Feinstein’s in San Francisco to Birdland in NYC to Blues Alley and The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC and beyond. Her PBS special "Live at Scullers Jazz Club" has currently aired on 54 stations nationally during their on air fundraisers to keep PBS thriving.

Her recording of the great Shirley Eikhard’s (“Let’s Give ‘em Something to Talk About”) “Emily Remembers” was the number one song of the year on WJZW radio, Washington, DC and has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for Alzheimer’s research and support nationally.

With a strong belief in the responsibility any degree of celebrity carries, she's played countless benefits for various causes, including recently helping to raise $45,000 in one night for a free clinic outside Washington, DC.

Suede is thrilled to return to the 42nd annual Women’s Week Provincetown with her duo of pianist Freddie Boyle and Rich Hill on bass in proud celebration of Womencrafts Book/Gift shop on their remarkable 50th anniversary!!
