Cuban Salsa (Casino) - Absolute Beginners (5 week series)

Cuban Salsa (Casino) classes for Absolute Beginners on Wednesdays at DownStreet during January/February 2026 💃🇨🇺

Start your 2026 off right by learning something new from scratch, why not salsa and add some Cuban flavour while at it?! The weather might be cold, but this doesn't mean we can't bring some Latino heat over here to PEI! 🔥

This is a partner dance, however in the beginning the focus is on solo steps to get the basics right. No partner is required since partners are being switched as needed (and if participants are ok with that) :)

No partner or dance experience needed! This series is designed to help you learn all the fundamentals from scratch. While drop-ins are allowed, for more optimized learning I recommend starting during the first class of this block and coming consistently every week till the end of the series (5 weeks) - thank me later! 🙂
