Come join us for our annual Fall Camp Clinic! Horses, friends, education, food and fun!
We have rented out the entire Bluestem Grove Equestrian area.
WHEN: 11/6-11/8; WHERE: Lake Ray Roberts Bluestem Grove Equestrian camping area
COST:
One-Person Camping w/electric- $90 includes one parking spot and one-horse stall. ($55 w/o elec)*
Two-People Camping w/electric- $110.00 Includes one parking spot and two stalls. ($80 w/o elec)*

**sites must be prepaid and are confirmed in order of payment**
*Park entry fee is not included in participation of this event. Daily park fee -$7.00/day per person. You will still pay for the event if you have a Park Pass.
**Reservation payments are non-refundable; if you are unable to attend, payment is donated to Cross Timbers for future endeavors** This event is a fundraiser for our 501c3 organization.
MEALS:
Saturday Dinner Potluck: Main course provided: we are planning on Chili w/dogs, Fritos, cornbread and fixings. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share.
Sunday Breakfast: Continental breakfast provided.
Other meals on your own.

Annual Silent Auction-please consider bringing horse/rider/camp items to donate for the auction!
