Beth and Vlad warmly invite you to our Craniosacral Therapy discovery and meet-up event, with free taster sessions and, of course, tea!
If you're curious about Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, this is a unique opportunity to try it out for free!
Did you know that Craniosacral Therapy can help with migraine, ME, spinal issues, stress and anxiety, and a lot more besides? It can even facilitate healing of physical and emotional problems associated with past trauma, such as PTSD.
We will kick off the event with a showing of the new Upledger Institute short film, The Missing Piece, featuring the stories of two people whose lives were transformed by this light-touch therapy that goes deep, followed by a brief introduction by Edinburgh-based Upledger Craniosacral Therapist Beth Clarke.
Then, there will be the opportunity to experience your free 15 minute taster session and chat over a cup of tea and cake.
Everyone who comes will also receive a voucher for 2 Upledger Craniosacral Therapy sessions for the price of one with Beth Clarke or Vlad Hasiu.
It's a free but ticketed event, as numbers are limited. If you book, but later find that you can't make it, please let us know as soon as possible, so that someone else can use your space.
