CSAW Lab Day! EVENING SESSION – Saturday, Nov 14 - 5 PM to 9:50PM

CSAW Lab Day – Saturday, November 14, 2026 WMT Building, Cerritos College

Choose one session:

• Afternoon: 1:00 – 5:00 PM ( afternoon session Sign up HERE)
• Evening: 6:00 – 9:50 PM

Mandatory CSAW Meeting: 5:00 – 6:00 PM. All attendees from both sessions must attend. The meeting runs about 30 minutes, and pizza is served immediately after.

Each session is limited to 50 participants. Register for yourself only (no guests), and for one session only. If your preferred session is full, register for the other session if space allows, and join the waitlist for the one you want. You'll be notified automatically if a spot opens.

Check-in: All attendees must check in and sign up for CSAW in person at the start of their session before beginning any work. Please make sure you have created a FALCONNECT account through your MyCerritos Login.

Space is limited at these events, so the following policies apply.

If you sign up, you are expected to attend, including the mandatory meeting. If you fail to attend without notifying the CSAW Board in advance, you will not be allowed to attend the following event (Sit-One-Out Rule).

1. There is absolutely no set-up or working in rooms where classes are being held. Wait until classes are dismissed before using each area.
2. Students with classes in session have priority on the machines. Please be mindful and let them go first as needed.
3. The CSAW meeting is about 30 minutes long, and pizza is served immediately after.
4. You do not have to stay for the entire Lab Day, as long as you attend the meeting.
5. Current enrollment in a WMT course at Cerritos College is required to attend. Guest helpers are not allowed.
6. On the first Lab Day you attend, you must fill out a Safety Form and register online as a CSAW member on FalconSync.
7. If you are enrolled in a course without prerequisites (e.g., WMT 101 or 151), you may only use machines on which you have received instruction.
8. All shop rules and policies are in effect, especially "special set-up" situations.
9. Any infraction of these policies may make you subject to the Sit-One-Out Rule.

By signing up for CSAW Lab Day, you agree to be subject to these policies.

Can't make it? Cancel your registration and notify the CSAW Board in advance. This frees your spot for someone on the waitlist and keeps you clear of the Sit-One-Out Rule.
