Group sound healing journeys are immersive experiences of vibration, intention, and deep restoration. Blending Crystal Tones and Tibetan bowls, drums, and more, she creates a sacred field that soothes the nervous system, releases energetic tension, and expands inner awareness. Participants often describe the sessions as transcendent, grounding, and heart-opening. Leaving feeling centered, calm, and reconnected to their authentic flow.
How to prepare: Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and eye-cover. Please give yourself plenty of time to find parking, arrive, and get settled.
