Crystal Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

The perfect Friday night treat and a beautiful way to end your week!

Come and enjoy some deep relaxation and experience the power of the crystal and alchemy singing sound bowls, with gentle breathwork and guided meditation followed by cacao treats and a herbal tea gift. Allow the healing frequencies to wash over you and do their magic. The session will leave you feeling peaceful, re-aligned, relaxed and light. I look forward to holding the space for you.

Date: Friday 24th July

Time: 7:15-8pm (please arrive at 7pm as the session will start promptly at 7:15pm)

Location: The West London Buddhist Centre, 45A Porchester Road, W2 5DP

The session will take place in the ground floor shrine room, on the left hand side when you enter the venue. Please ring the bell when you arrive, and I will let you in. Royal Oak Station is a 1 minutes walk, there's free parking on many of the surrounding streets after 6:30pm.

No experience needed, the whole session will be guided. Please wear comfy, warm layers and socks. Yoga matts, blankets, eye masks and pillows provided. Please arrive promptly.

Important information: Contraindication: Please not this type of sound bath is not suitable for women in thefirst trimester of pregnancy or very close to the due date. Is it also not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker/defibrillator fitted or metal plates/pins in the body, who have epilepsy, have severe mental health issues or are intoxicated.
