Join Rachel D'Aquin, energy worker, for an hour-long relaxation experience with Crystal Singing Bowls. This workshop will introduce participants to sound therapy and guided meditation for relaxation. Come ground with us and allow yourself to rest! There will also be time for questions and discussion at the end of the workshop.
