A Heart Opening Sound and Crystal JourneyStep into a sacred and nurturing space with our Rose Quartz Sound Immersion and Meditation. This intimate experience has been specially written to embrace the powerful and gentle energy of rose quartz, widely known as the crystal of unconditional love.
You will be surrounded by rose quartz crystals throughout the session, creating a field of calming and supportive energy. As you are guided through a heart centred meditation and immersed in soothing sound vibrations, your nervous system begins to settle and your body moves into a state of deep relaxation and restoration.

Limited Spaces
To ensure a safe and supportive environment, spaces are strictly limited to six participants per class. This allows for a personal and energetically aligned experience for everyone present.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, pen or pencil, and a bottle of water. You may also wish to bring a journal for personal reflection.
