You are invited to join us for a relaxing Crystal Bowl Sound Healing event at Inward Bound 1641 Commanche Ave - Suite D (Adjacent to Turtle Island Gifts). Park in lot behind building and enter through back door.
The sound and vibration of Crystal sound bowls reduces stress and tension and creates a relaxed meditative state. This is when healing the mind and body begins.
Please join us for this Crystal Bowl Sound Bath 'Spiritual Journey' session and experience the healing through music, meditation, and sound vibrations for the ultimate mind, body, and soul experience.
Yoga mats and light blankets available however please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
