Join us for a unique creative experience where mindfulness, self-expression, and art come together in a playful and healing way.In this heart-centered workshop, you'll be guided by Paula Urcavich, LCSW, CIMHP of Creating Space Healing Arts Community and watercolor artist, Sara Mullen (Inspired by Sara) in a hands-on process that combines intention setting, watercolor bubble painting, and the cut poetry method to create deeply personal, mixed-media affirmations on canvas.
🫧 First, we’ll slow down with a grounding meditation and intention-setting ritual.
🎨 Then, we’ll use watercolors and bubbles to create vibrant, abstract backgrounds on canvas boards—letting go of control and allowing beauty to emerge.
✂️ Once your artwork is dry, you'll dive into the intuitive process of cut poetry—selecting and arranging found words to form a meaningful affirmation, statement, or poem to overlay your painting.
This workshop is for all levels of artistic experience—no art background required. Come as you are, and leave with a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects your inner voice.
