Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Join us for Crystal Bowl Sound Bath at Solihull College & University Centre, Blossomfield Campus Theatre with Sound Meditation and Mental Wellbeing Facilitator Claire Morley.

The session will begin with breath work and a guided meditation which will then lead into a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath.

A Sound Bath may help you in the following ways:

-Improve sleep and memory, reduce stress, decrease anxiety and depression, help to lower blood pressure and bring a profound sense of peace and relaxation.

Basic floor mats will be provided but do feel free to bring you own Yoga mats, blankets, pillows and eye masks should you wish (you will be lying down for most of the session although if you wish to bring a camping chair to sit for the session please do). A bottle of water is also advisable.

Please arrive at 6:50pm prompt for a 7:00pm start so we can meet you and catch up before we get started. The session will last for 1 hour.

Parking is available onsite. Please make your way to the main reception where someone will be avaiable to meet you. As you go through reception turn right walking up the ramp and the theatre is located at the top on the right hand side.

***Please note this event is not suitable for anyone who has a metal implant eg: pace maker, is pregnant, anyone with epilepsy (especially sound induced epilepsy) or anyone with severe mental health issues eg: schizophrenia due to the deep vibration and specific frequencies used.***

Cancellation Policy

Plan ahead with confidence knowing that your investment in the training/course/class is secure.

If any course or coaching both ONLINE & IN-PERSON is changed or cancelled due to any reason, you will be entitled to receive a FULL REFUND.

This policy is in place primarily to protect the places of those attending any course, class, coaching or training.

Please be sure to read and understand the following:

COURSES/CLASSES

Please note for all courses/classes, if for any reason you are unable to attend;

* You will be entitled to a full refund up to 30 days before the course start date.

* Cancellations within 30 but more than 14 days of the course start date will be refunded at 50%.

* Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the course start date, fee non-refundable.

COURSE/CLASS TRANSFERS

* You may (once only) transfer up to 30 days prior to the course start date, the fee already paid to a similar course on another date.

If the place on the second course is subsequently cancelled. The refund will be in accordance with whichever cancellation/transfer is closest to its course start date.

* To cancel a session please give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.

Should mtda cancel a session, no charge will be made. Pre-paid sessions can be carried forward to another date or refunded in full.
