This session blends gentle grounding, guided breathing, and immersive sound to support deep rest and emotional decompression. No prior experience needed. Just come comfortable and ready to relax.

What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a brief settling and grounding, followed by guided breath and gentle intention setting. You’ll then experience 45–60 minutes of crystal bowl sound immersion, with quiet integration time before closing so you can return gradually and calmly.
