Join us to experience a crystal bowl sound bath to support stillness, gratitude, and reflection, as well as balancing and unblocking of the chakras. No prior experience is necessary.
The class will begin with a brief explanation and benefits of the vibrational sounds of crystal bowls. A 45 minute sound bath will follow, and we will wrap up with Q&A.
Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, possibly also a blanket and/or pillow for optimal comfort, as participants generally prefer to lie on the floor during the sound bath. If preferred, participants are welcome to sit.
