Hello Everyone!Please join us for our next Crystal Bowl Meditation, "The Spring Equinox", Friday, March 14th from 7-8PM. Doors open at 6:30.

ABOUT: In this guided meditation we will focus on our personal connection with Mother Earth, giving thanks for her life sustaining elements while embracing new growth and inspiration on an inner level.
The Spring Equinox can symbolize a time of great awareness and growth after the cold period of winter. Perhaps we created some new intentions and goals or planted new seeds in various areas of our life and we are now beginning to see the results. Spring can mark a time of new hope and enthusiasm as we experience our own rebirthing, just as we see the natural world around us spring anew!
